We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on customized or autographed items, e-Gift Certificates, or apparel items that have been worn or washed.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Occasionally items do get damaged in transit.  Please inspect all packages before accepting them from the delivery driver.  If you have received an item that was damaged in transit please contact us immediately and please do not discard the item or any of the packaging materials.
